Then click “Register” to Sign up / “Continue” to Sign in.
For new users, once you’ve submitted your registration details, please check your email for an activation link. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive, and do remember to check your junk folder as well.
If you’re a returning user, proceed directly to step 5.
Fill as much information as possible. This will enable the physiotherapist to tailor their guidance more effectively to your specific needs.
Then choose if a specific side/area of that part is painful/symptomatic.
Otherwise choose “whole”.
The more information you include, the more effective your virtual consultations will be.
This will take you to the online calendar.
For initial consultations regarding a new event or injury, we recommend choosing the 40-minute option. This duration provides the physiotherapist ample time for an in-depth discussion, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your situation and tailored advice.
For follow-up appointments, a 20-minute consultation is usually sufficient to review progress and adjust your rehabilitation plan.
If your concern is straightforward and you’re seeking prompt advice, a 20-minute session may also be appropriate.
Pick one of the available physios and click continue.
Complete payment.
At the time of your consultation click “Go to consultation”.
When you are ready to start click “I am ready”.
Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough inquiry, offering advice on dos and don’ts tailored to your condition. If suitable, they will also provide you with a personalized exercise regimen within 24 hours following the consultation.

In your profile, use the drop-down list to indicate any body parts you do not treat by ticking the appropriate boxes. Please be aware that selecting a body part here will prevent your profile from appearing in the online calendar for patients seeking treatment specifically for that part. However, your profile will remain visible for all other body parts you have not selected.
You will be notified via email and text message once your account has been activated.
After your account activation, access your dashboard.
Utilise the ‘Availability’ tab in the online calendar to specify your available hours. You have the flexibility to adjust these hours, either one by one or in bulk.
Under the ‘CV’ tab, input your work experience and educational background.
To set up payment reception, navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab and enter your bank details.
Once a patient has booked you for a consultation you will receive an email regarding the booking.
Under your dashboard you can check the information they have provided for their symptomatic body part.
At the time of your consultation click “Go to consultation”.
When you are ready to start click “I am ready”.
After completing the consultation, there are three important actions you need to take:
A – If applicable, provide the patient with a PDF exercise regime within 24 hours of the consultation’s conclusion. If an exercise regime is not suitable, please specify the reason in the ‘Plan’ section of the online documentation, or alternatively, upload a PDF document explaining this decision.
B – Navigate to the ‘Invoice’ section associated with the specific consultation. Enter your invoice number at the top right corner of the pop-up form and click ‘Send’ to complete the process.
C – Completes the ‘Notes’ for the consultation in a SOAP format. If you forget something you have the option to insert an additional entry at a later date.
Receive your payment within 3-5 working days. The rates are as follows:
