FOR PATIENTS

FOR PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

What do I need to have to be able to do a video consultation?

  • Reliable Internet Connection: For completing virtual consultation without interruptions.
  • Device with Camera and Microphone: Like a smartphone, tablet, or computer for interacting with the physiotherapist. After you sign up, you will be able to use the ‘Test my equipment’ button under your profile dashboard to make sure everything is working as expected in advance.
  • Suitable Physical Space: Enough room to perform any recommended exercises or movements during the consultation.
  • Well Lighted: For better visibility avoid having light directed to the camera.

What type of conditions can I be consulted for?

  • Musculoskeletal conditions. Anything relating to muscles and bones. If you are experiencing breathing problems, we kindly advise seeking immediate medical attention elsewhere, as you would require a healthcare professional specialising in respiratory.

What should I expect from a video consultation?

  • The physiotherapist you have chosen will ask questions about your symptoms, explain the potential causes, and guide you through the most effective approach to resolve them. If appropriate, they will provide you with a tailored exercise regimen after the consultation is over.

How many appointments will I need?

  • Your physiotherapist will advise you on whether and when a follow-up consultation may be necessary.

Can I have a face to face consultation instead?

  • Currently, our platform is exclusively focused on providing virtual consultations. We’re unable to offer additional services at this moment, but we are always looking to expand and improve our offerings in the future.
